The JCY has partnered with other agencies to effectively enrich the lives of our growing senior population and have had an important impact in combating isolation and loneliness in Senior Residences throughout Westchester County. The JCY has adopted sixteen Senior Adult Residences and apartment buildings and four Senior Centers. Senior volunteers reach out to other seniors to have them join their peers in stimulating cultural, social and educational activities. These programs have successfully engaged more that 700 seniors on a regular basis. Colleges throughout Westchester are joining our seniors in learning together, advocating, and supporting each other.
